The core of Aquamarine Sea is to show you the beaches closest to you. To do this, the site requires access to your GPS location. This data is used exclusively to calculate the distance between you and the beaches in our database and to sort the results accordingly.

2. Data Collected During Registration

We collect only the data strictly necessary to personalize your experience:

• Nickname: To identify you within the community.
• Email Address: For account security and essential communications.
• Nationality/Region: For aggregate statistics and targeted location suggestions.

3. Right to be Forgotten and Anonymization

We believe in user freedom. If you choose to delete your account:

• Your personal data (email and password) will be permanently deleted.
• Your Ratings and Comments will remain visible for the benefit of other users, but they will be fully anonymized (they will no longer be linked to your identity).
