WARNING: Information regarding sea state, wind, and beach accessibility is provided for indicative purposes only. Aquamarine Sea does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of real-time data. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and must always refer to official signals from lifeguards and ordinances from local Maritime Authorities (Coast Guard).
3. User Accounts and Community
By registering with Aquamarine Sea, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
- Not use the Rating, Comments, or Contact systems for offensive, advertising, or defamatory purposes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content (text, logos, databases) is the property of Aquamarine Sea. Unauthorized reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
5. Moderation and Account Suspension
To ensure a safe environment, the Staff reserves the right to:
- Monitor and Moderate: All content submitted by users is subject to review.
- Discretionary Suspension: The Staff reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to issue warnings (Warnings) or permanently suspend (Ban) accounts for conduct deemed inappropriate or contrary to community spirit.
- Final Decision: Moderation actions are final and non-appealable. Temporary warnings may be displayed on the user's profile at the Staff's discretion.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect technical or regulatory changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of the terms.
