How to reach Mgarr ix-Xini

This highly secluded bay is located at the deep end of a natural canyon between Sannat and Xewkija. There are no public bus routes that descend into this steep valley; visitors must arrive via private car, scooter, or taxi. The road down into the gorge is notorious for being extremely steep, narrow, and winding, with tight blind corners that require careful driving. Once at the base, the walk from the dead-end road onto the small pebble beach is immediate and completely flat.
